Really great guy I described my issue over email and he gave me a diagnosis of what he believed the problem was and guided me in the right direction. Through many various questions, he still answered within a 12 hr time frame and was always a pleasure and very helpful.

This is the only mechanic I trust to be honest, give good recommendation, and I learn so much. He aims to be fair in everything he says, and if he recommends to do something, you know it’s a honest feedback and not just upselling like other chain shops do. He has so much knowledge, and his ability to break things down and explain it. You know the repair is going to be done right. You know his levels of attention to detail, and you don’t have to worry about random bolts being left unscrewed. I have seen so much shotty work from other shops. It’s remarkable when you find someone to that you can trust to keep your family safe.

I am based in the UK and only saw a video on Tiktok and reached out about a problem I had with my BMW 6 series that was vibrating under acceleration. Within a day or so I got a message advising me what to do and what might need to be looked at . Voila advice given sorted out the car when I took it to BMW dealer . Considering I am based in England I was given free impartial advice which helped me sort my car out .

If I could, I would have transported the vehicle to Rastaman for repairs. Rastaman’s honesty and time taken to explain the issue with my car I wouldn’t have gotten aware else. As a matter of fact, I ended up having someone take my money and not repair the car. There aren’t many honest people like Rastaman left in this world. Many blessings to Rastaman.
